The Mill

First opened back in 1988 as the very first bar in a traditional Greek village, our place has grown over the last 35 years we’ve been lucky enough to be welcoming visitors, until guests turned into friends, and friends to family. The three things we are most well known for are- our stunning views- getting to look out across the crystal blue waters every day while we work… our wonderful live entertainment and ability to create fun memories for all our guests… and truly most of all for our incredible, hard working, friendly, amazing staff. We’re spending our customers well earned holidays with them, and we get to not only be a part of helping those weeks be the best they possibly can, but we also get to share in the fun of it ourselves, due to our willing nature to take part and share the time together. And that’s without even mentioning our beautiful food- open every day from 9 serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, and our amazing drinks and cocktails menus that we love to develop year on year- one of our favourite, fun art forms to explore throughout the season.
