InBread / TOTGA
Japanese style sandos by day and custom cocktails by night in a cyberpunk setting, located next to Vondel Park.
InBread is a Japanese style sandwich bar during the day, serving up Asian fusion comfort sandos. We make all our own sauces and pickles in-house so a lot of effort and preparation goes into our products and recipes.
In the evenings it transforms into TOTGA, a cocktail bar with more sophisticated sharing plates and higher end, refined sandos and of course, our own cocktails. As with the food, we make our own cocktails pretty much from scratch and try to put our own twist on the classics.
The two owners are not from a hospitality background but met in their previous corporate jobs. They had a passion for starting their own company and creating delicious food and drinks and so launched InBread in February 2023 having renovated the bar for 4 months prior themselves. As such, there is a lot of room for creativity here and we are always open to hearing new ideas.
