Located in the heart of Nîmes, in the Margaret - Hotel Chouleur, ROUGE is both a festive bar and an author's restaurant. June 2021 marks the opening of the establishment around a perennial collaboration with the Beninese and Provençal chef Georgiana VIOU who takes the reins of the kitchens.
At the bar, you can enjoy gourmet sharing plates in a festive, warm and relaxed atmosphere, with a view of an incredible mural sculpture inspired by local flowers and plants, custom-made by an artist from Gard.
