9th floor cocktail bar in central Copenhagen, with 90 cover restaurant as well as private dining floor, all with beautiful panoramic views!
TRIO IS THE 3RD RESTAURANT ON THE STEM IN THE AOC FAMILY
We are housed in Axel Towers with a fantastic view over the roofs of Copenhagen.
On the 8th floor are our exclusive function rooms, where you can accommodate up to 60 people.
On the 9th floor our beautiful cocktail bar with room for 30 guests sitting in our beautiful lounge furniture for drinks, cocktails, wine, Champagne etc.
Furthermore, there is room for parties up to 22 people in "private" settings in extension of the cocktail bar.
On the 10th floor is the restaurant itself, which seats 90 guests. Here you sit, among other things. in the PK1 chair from Poul Kjærholm.
At Trio you will find the same uncompromising approach to the ingredients, and a combination of high-level flavor combinations as well as a wine list selected with the same thoroughness that critically acclaimed AOC has won awards for, including 2 stars in Guide Michelin.
The owners Christian Aarø and Søren Selin have a hand in the game when menus are put together and wines are chosen. The characteristic is an uncompromising focus on using Denmark's best raw materials and wines, where we travel around the world, including our own region. Therefore, the Trio will recognize the visual expression and the surprising flavor combinations from AOC.
