Haddington House overlooks the East Pier in Dún Laoghaire. Created from four Victorian townhouses, our 45 bedrooms are a haven for guests looking to rest and relax by the sea. The success of our hotel depends on the commitment of each and every member of our team. We are currently looking for reliable mixologists/bartenders to join our busy Oliveto restaurant and Parlour Bar team.
The ideal candidates must have a minimum of two years’ experience in the hospitality environment, a natural affinity for guest care and strong communication skills, excellent cocktail/spirit/wine knowledge with a keen eye for five star service. Along with this, we need you to be legally eligible to work in Ireland and be able to handle extremely busy situations and manage your workload effectively.
