Bartender at our international hotel bar where fellow citizens, world travellers, business guests and city trippers meet. One wants a beer, the other a cocktail. Some have no idea yet. You are the cheerful and friendly host or hostess, make suggestions, pour, tap, shake & stirr and arrange everything behid and aroud the bar. As a true captain of the bar, you ensure that everyone feels welcome and is happy with the service and hospitalitiy. Professional, but really enthusiastic, interested and attentive. You are proud of your bar and we can be proud of you as a bartender.
Your education and experience
It would be nice if you have an education in F&B and work experience as a bartender. A solid foundation of wine and beverage knowledge and cocktail skills are also an advantage. But above all, we think it is important that you are a team player who is flexible and collegial. In addition, we can also provide you with internal training to prepare cocktails. If all goes well, you can also participate in national and international bartender competitions through us. In our Blue bar you are the point of contact for our (international) guests. This means that you have good communication skills, preferably in Dutch, German and English, and that you look presentable. MANNA and Blue Hotels and Brasserie MANNA score very high on hospitality and service. This is, of course, thanks to our employees. We hope you will contribute to this.
