Mahonia is a first of its kind in the Middle East, let alone Bahrain. A fine dining molecular gastronomy establishment with a degustation menu, as well as an ala carte option.
The executive chef is Herve Pronzato, of a multiple Michelin star background and previously worked under Joel Robouchon. We are for the first Michelin star in the Middle East!
The staff are multinational, ranging from Europe to local staff.
No expense has been spared in forming Mahonia, from the appliances, furniture and art, and most importantly the ingredients.
