White Guide awarded Japanese restaurant in the heart of Helsingborg, with a dedicated cocktail bar. We always strive to amaze the costumer in every detail.
We are our beautiful city’s first and only fine dining sushi & grill restaurant. Our ground floor venue of dark grey concrete walls stand in vast contrast to our vibrant Maiko portraits.
The handcrafted rope ceiling and custom-made
leather couch stretch far across the room.
As a sight for sore eyes, by the horizon our first lady Geisha presides, gazing in her own direction.
The carefully curated menu originates from sea and land,
then sculpted by hand or by fire. Our Josper grill leaves its mark on its meats after a 400°C visit and our head chef,
or Itamae if you will, leaves nothing for chance when crafting his trademark sushi after twenty years in the trade.
