As a condition of your use of the Platform, you agree not to use the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful under applicable law, or prohibited by these terms and conditions; not to defame, disparage anybody or in a manner which is obscene, derogatory or offensive; to be responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform is consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. We reserve the right to prevent or suspend your access to the Platform if you do not comply with any part of these terms and conditions or any applicable law.
Terms of Service
EBS MatchStaff is an online recruitment Platform owned and operated by European Bartender School International Limited (EBS). The objective of EBS MatchStaff is to support graduates in sourcing employment and promoting the products and services available from EBS. It is a free service offered to successful graduates of EBS. The Platform is a job support and recruitment service tailored exclusively to those students that have successfully completed EBS courses. To successfully complete a course, all students must obtain a grade C or higher from a 4-week course or a 10-day advanced course. A grade C is equivalent to 75% in their chosen course which must be obtained in order to apply for vacancies on the Platform.
Through our Platform, EBS MatchStaff offers introductions to (1) successful Graduates of EBS who are seeking employment and (2) organisations with related vacancies which are posted on our Platform ‘venues’. We do not work with recruitment agencies or other third party organisations that offer recruitment services for a set fee. EBS MatchStaff is not a recruitment agency.
Data Protection
EBS MatchStaff shall keep confidential all Confidential Information of the Graduate using the Platform and shall only use such information as required to perform the services in respect of these terms and conditions. Personal data which you supply to us may be transferred to third party service providers to be stored or processed on our behalf, including third parties located outside of the European Economic Area in countries where there may be lower legal level of data protection. However, we will always endeavour to handle your information in accordance with our privacy policy, wherever it is processed. Information you provide in order to apply for a vacancy on EBS MatchStaff, will be displayed on the platform for all users to view.
Disclaimer
EBS MatchStaff shall not be responsible for the user’s failure to comply with the Employment law or other regulatory requirements of their home country or territory they are seeking employment. However, any discriminatory, obscene, pornographic, defamatory behaviour or behaviour that is liable to incite racial hatred, breach confidentiality or privacy, which may cause annoyance or inconvenience to others, which encourages or constitutes conduct that would be deemed a criminal offense, give rise to a civil liability, or otherwise is contrary to any law in the United Kingdom, users deemed to have conducted themselves in this manner will be removed by the administrators without prior warning.
Users are not allowed to create links to third party Platforms such as all social media platforms, other web pages or Application tracking software or Platforms. Users cannot leave contact information such as phone numbers or emails visible in the content from the job posted.
Email updates & service trends
On registration of our service to you, you may receive emails from EBS MatchStaff on services updates, industry trends, and any other products not expressly requested by yourself. If you do not wish to receive such communications, please contact us and we will provide you with an email address to provide your instructions thereby enabling you to discontinue receipt of these communications.

Our Platform uses cookies. Cookies are text files placed on your computer to collect standard Internet log information and visitor behavior information. These cookies allow us to distinguish you from other users of the website which helps us to provide you with a good experience when you browse our website and also allows us to improve our site.
Security
Access to your EBS MatchStaff account and information is protected by a username and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy of this login information and for controlling access to your account.
Fees
EBS MatchStaff is a free recruitment platform for all of our standard services. Venue users are not allowed to charge any fee for jobs posted on the Platform. Our Standard services include: - (1) Unlimited Free job posting on EBS MatchStaff (2) Free user profile for venues. We will provide prior notice to users of this change. Where we have engaged an entity as a partner we offer partner solutions where we charge a fee based on the agreement made with the partners. Payment due for Partner services will be charged by Invoice from European Bartender School and should be made in compliance with their payment terms. Graduates are advised not to pay venues for rent, uniforms, transportation cost, security deposit or other irregular payments.
Ownership, use and intellectual property rights
The Platform and all content within the Platform is owned and operated by us. We reserve all rights. The Platform is for your personal and non-commercial use. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, revise, perform, reproduce, publish, license, deep-link, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information or content obtained from the Platform unless expressly authorised by us. Any intellectual property rights (including without limitation all patents, copyright, database rights and trademarks (whether registered or unregistered)) subsisting in any content or material on the Platform belong to us. All rights are reserved for the benefit of ourselves. Nothing in these terms and conditions grants you any rights in the Platform or the content within the Platform.

While we use reasonable efforts to include accurate and up-to-date information on the Platform, we do not represent, warrant or promise (whether express or implied) that any information is or remains accurate, complete and up to date, or fit or suitable for any purpose. However, EBS MatchStaff shall not be liable for any loss of money in relation to fraud.
Warranties and limitation of liability
You agree that your use of the Platform is on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. Consequently we make no representations, warranties, conditions or other terms (whether express or implied) in relation to the provision of the Platform, including without limitation as to completeness, accuracy and currency or any content and information on the Platform, or as to satisfactory quality, or fitness for particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all liability (whether arising in contract, tort, breach of statutory duty or otherwise) which we may otherwise have to you as a result of:
- any error or inaccuracies in any information or material within or relating to the Platform;
- the unavailability of the Platform for whatsoever reason; and
- any representation or statement made on the Platform.
Under no circumstances shall we be liable to you for any loss or damage suffered (including without limitation direct or indirect losses) arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Platform.
We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, for any fraudulent misrepresentation made by us on the Platform or for any other statutory rights which are not capable of being excluded.

You can terminate your contract at any time. Termination will be effective when EBS MatchStaff completes the termination process.
