Wellness spa bartender
Can you imagine working at one of the Nordic region's largest spa hotels? At award-winning Norefjell Ski & Spa, we are looking for a bartender for our wellness spa. Are you positive, service-minded and efficient? Then we want to hear from you!
The spa department at Norefjell Ski & Spa is highly luxurious. The hotel itself is located in fantastic nature on Norefjell, with endless access to hiking trails, bike paths, mountains, slalom slopes, cross-country trails, m.m. All of which you can enjoy in your spare time. The spa area consists of a wellness spa and 15 treatment rooms. Wellness spa includes Finnish sauna, Soft sauna, Jacuzzi inside and outside, hot and cold tub, champagne pool etc, and it is in this area that we need spa bartenders.
The tasks will be:
- Be the hotel's face outward. Give the spa guests a different experience
- Ensure a harmonious and luxurious atmosphere in the department
- Maintain the area by tidying towels, bathrobes, glasses, etc.
Serve the guests
- Responsibility for opening / closing the department
- Generally incidental work
We want you to meet these requirements:
- You must want to provide first-class service to our guests
- Structured and punctual
- You should preferably speak Scandinavian, but English is also ok
- We want you to be flexible
- Proactive, friendly and full of good energy.
- Preferably experience from similar work

You will need your own car. We can help with housing, as the hotel has its own apartments for employees.
We offer a 50% seasonal contract starting from Julne/July 2025 until the end of winter season April 2026. The work will mainly be in the weekends and vacation/holidays. There may therefore be good opportunities to combine this work with studies, or another type of work. It can be also possible for only summer months.
