About the role:
The Pool and Bar Attendant - Chef de Rang provides exceptional quality and service to our guests. In this role, you will be tasked with providing an expertly served beverage or dining experience; anticipating the guests’ needs and as an expert on the menu options; and delivering memorable guest experiences.
What you will do:
- Provide an enjoyable dining experience through excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness.
- Anticipate guest needs and satisfaction; offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
- Describe the menu and provide detailed information about each item.
- Present bills and accept payments.
- Assist in clearing and resetting tables according to service standards
What you bring:
- An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to an assigned task
- High level of understanding and knowledge of food and wine
- Background in Luxury Resort and Hotel considered an asset
- Fluency in English and Italian
