The Role:
As a waitress at The Oystercatcher, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests receive outstanding service. Your responsibilities will include:
• Greeting and seating guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Taking accurate food and drink orders and providing menu recommendations.
• Delivering food and beverages promptly while maintaining a high level of service.
• Ensuring tables are clean, well-presented, and ready for new guests.
• Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues with a positive approach.
What We’re Looking For:
• Previous experience in a service role, preferably in a busy restaurant environment.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering excellent customer service.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• A proactive attitude with great attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
