About the role of Bartender
The Bartender provides hotel guests and servers with quick and efficient beverage service with a complete working knowledge of all products served by the bar.
What you will do:
- Take beverage orders from staff or directly from guest to prepare cocktails and other drinks.
- Be responsible for organizing and controlling the operations of the Bar. It is expected for the bartender to be highly knowledgeable about making signature cocktails and taking initiative with being creative in designing the perfect cocktail to meet our guest expectations.
- Provide consistency with beverage pours and enthusiastically demonstrate Four Seasons Standards of service.
- Adhere strictly to service standards
- Be present in the center at all times of high occupancy
What you bring:
- Fluency in Spanish and English is required for this position
- A minimum of three (3) years working in Food & Beverage as Bartender
- Two (2) + years’ experience working within a luxury hotel or similar environment is considered an asset
- Knowledge in Tequila, Mezcal and Wines is an asset
- Requires Knowledge in Micros and Opera System
- Requires knowledge of how to operate computer equipment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Cross-cultural sensitivity and customer service orientation
- Guest centricity and understanding of the importance of guest preferences.
