Job Description

- Create, prepare, and serve innovative drinks, including wine, beer, spirits, cocktails, and more, showcasing your expertise and passion for the craft.
- Engage with guests, taking orders and ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience with each interaction.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and care for all equipment and materials, ensuring the security of the outlet at all times.
- Consistently practice Responsible Service of Alcohol, adhering to all procedures and regulations.
- Deliver unique Heartist Peak Moments, providing exceptional service that exceeds guest expectations.
- Continuously develop and refine your knowledge of our products to offer informed recommendations and enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications

You will be:

- Bringing a minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in a Bartender, Bar Attendant, or Mixology role, with a strong background in customer service in medium to large-sized hotels.
- Leveraging experience or formal training in the hospitality industry, including working in a star-class hotel or a fast-paced restaurant.
- Applying your creativity and expertise to maintain high standards of beverage presentation while serving guests promptly and professionally.
- Ensuring high-quality beverage service at all times, with a strong focus on food safety and compliance.
- Bringing optimism, a positive attitude, and putting your best foot forward to ensure a 5-star guest experience.
