We need a bar manager with a perfect knowledge of classic cocktails, who can also create exclusive cocktails for the establishment, manage the day-to-day running of the bar, order drinks, train staff, etc.

Good presentation is essential, as the bar manager will convey the refined and exclusive image of the bar. Excellent communication skills in English are a must.
