Ideal candidates will have:

- Three years full time senior experience in a similar role
- Flexibility in working hours including shift work
- Eligible to work 40 hours weekly i.e Full time hours
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Proven track record in providing a excellent standard of customer service
- Fluent English, verbal & written
- A can do attitude and ability to work on own initiative
- An outgoing and friendly personality
- Ability to take direction & enjoy a customer focused environment
- Successful applicants should be available for immediate start
