About the role
We are seeking an experienced Bar Manager to join our talented team at 43Below in Perth, WA 6000. As our Bar Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our vibrant bar, ensuring exceptional customer service and the smooth running of the beverage program. This is a contract role, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of our thriving hospitality business.
What you'll be doing
- Manage the bar team, including scheduling, training and performance reviews
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons
- Ensure strict compliance with all relevant liquor licensing and health and safety regulations
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar senior hospitality role
- Clean, Non Smoker who takes pride in their appearance
- Strong knowledge of bar operations, including inventory management, budgeting and staff supervision
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Thorough understanding of liquor licensing and health and safety regulations
