Here’s what you’ll do:
- Sell our courses/experiences to hot leads via phone, email, chat and social media
- Subscribe students in your market to our International Scholarship Programme
- Build your market, proposing new ideas, sharing feedback and working autonomously
- Assist our future students on a life-changing experience by building trust and answering doubts
- Manage your pipeline to prioritise tasks and schedule call-backs with the hottest leads
- Set yourself personal goals, meeting and exceeding your targets
- Upsell and cross-sell our products
- Stay up-to-date on the features and benefits of our latest courses/experiences
- Be an ambassador for the European Bartender School brand!

Job requirements:
- Working proficiency in English (in addition to Portuguese)
- Fluency in Spanish is a big plus
- Excellent communication skills
- 1-year minimum Sales experience in a similar environment
- An understanding of B2C outbound sales
- An understanding of the bartending industry or first-hand experience of an EBS course
- Experience with CRM systems and Google Workspace


Conditions
- Full-time, freelance agreement, 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday schedule
- Hours aligned to Portuguese and Brazilian markets (e.g. 9:00-18:00 GMT-3)
- Fully remote position
- You will need your own PC/laptop, headphones mobile phone and a stable internet connection
