Bar managing | Serving guests with a smile | Hosting cocktail workshops | Making fresh cocktails with premium spirits | Working together and communicating with colleagues | Preparing mise-en-place in the bar | Responsible for preparing drinks | Managing colleagues at our bar | Educating colleagues at our bar
REQUIREMENTS
Teamplayer | Professional appearance | Passion for the hospitality industry | Positive mindset | Motivated and hardworking | Good communication skills | Work experience in a similar position | Good knowledge of the Dutch and English language | Knowledge on popular beverages typically served in bars | Leadership skills
YOUR FUTURE
We are specifically looking for someone long term that wants to grow with us and take ownership of the bar and his/hers responsibilities and that of your colleagues. We are serious about this, after 1 year an equity stake in our bar is possible.
WHAT DO WE OFFER
- Possible equity stake in the bar itself after 1 year
- A pleasant working environment where taking own initiatives is encouraged
- A minimum of 20 working hours each week, more is negotiable. 1 weekend day off each week
