Here’s what you’ll do:
- Assist our students via phone, email and chat, in regards to their questions, doubts and complaints
- Take care of the relationship with our students and Franchises, assisting them on a life changing experience
- Stay up-to-date on our latest courses/experiences and the campaigns
- Cover any questions and doubts about the services/experiences we provide
- Organise your workflow, set yourself personal goals, schedule call-backs
- Be an ambassador for the EBS brand worldwide!
Job requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Minimum 1 year of Customer Service experience, B2B and B2C, in a similar working environment
- Full working proficiency in French, Italian and English;
- An understanding of EBS product or first-hand experience of an EBS course
- Experience of Windows operating systems and CRM systems, including Salesforce
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
