Bar Manager needed at Rococo Glenferrie Road

Rococo is currently looking for motivated and career driven individuals to join our management team. We are currently recruiting Managers and Supervisors for our Glenferrie Road venue.

Our focus is maintaining and developing our high level of customer service, however we trade at a VERY high volume, so the ability to work under pressure while maintaining service standards is an absolute must. This role will require you to report directly to the General Manager or directors. You will be responsible for the organization and management of up to thirty staff members at any given time.

You will also be required to achieve budget and sales driven targets; both focusing on revenue and expenditure. You will also be subject to company review and appraisals.
