Hello, I'm Pacôme.
Meticulous, discreet, observant and polite describe me well. Why do I work as a bartender? Because I love glassware, the particular shapes of bottles, the colors and aromas that emerge from them, the sound of ice, a guest's smile.
I started working in the kitchen when I was 16 for 4 years, then went back to school where I got my baccalaureate in horticultural production. then worked 3 years in this field, but I was not completely passionate about these jobs.. I tried bartending which I wanted to try for a long time and finally found my passion. I have been working behind a bar for 2 years now, I deepened my knowledge by taking the EBS training in London and I am now ready to discover new places. I want to work in starred hotel bars and reach the position of manager.
