Hello, I'm Ariel.
Currently a Head Bartender/Bar Manager in Puerto Rico. I would describe myself as a creative bartender in concept, more so when it comes to cocktail making. Always ecstatic to learn something different.
Based off of my experiences, I tend to make more with less. Cautious about the inventory in excess and what is low or unavailable when thinking about creating a new cocktail. I have worked with cocktail costs and also wine costs. When it comes to work, I try to do something new with the time available. Bartending has allowed me to expand my knowledge on alcohol of course and on different aspects of life. Always open to discover something different outside of the country.
