I really like getting to know new people either costumers or creating good connection with the team I'm working with. I'm a curious person, I like experimenting new combinations and unusual flavours.
I'm a very social person. I'm also interested in finding a sustainable way of working in hospitality, reducing waste and doing deep researches about the products I use. Another aspect that I like about bar tendering is that it allows you to travel a lot: you can visit new places and have the opportunity to discover new methods, ingredients, etc..
