Bevor I started to travelling I worked about 17 years as a bartender. Especially in Discos, Beach Bars, Festivals, Open Airs and at least in a Club where I was a Head Bartender for so many years. All of them were in Germany. Longdrinks were easily to prepare for me but I wanted more knowledge about cocktails. For this reason I did the EBS bartender school. I know the routine behind a bar and love to work when it’s getting more stressful, I love to be in a flow at this moment.
