A local bartender from Ireland who has a passion to learn and perfect his craft. Bartending had become apart of my identity. An eye for detail, Percise, Perfectionism. Along with customer serivce and time managment.
My first bar job was at a traditional local bar in Co. Meath; it was a milestone for me. It taught me that a bartender’s job was not just pouring drinks. It was to connect with the customers and create a memorable night for each one. As I progressed further in my bartender career. I took that skill and applied it to each job I entered. Bartending gifted me more courage and confidence with each cocktail served. I got to meet a variety of customers, each telling their own story from their travels. With that, I got to share my own stories and experiences. From Ireland and bartending, sharing the rich history of Irish whiskey history culture. Attending whiskey tastings and sharing my passion for cocktail history and mixology are two of my enjoyable job aspects. Bartenders are always learning from each other, different cocktail recipes and methods, all to further their knowledge. I enjoy making that memorable experience for each customer, creating a cocktail that trailers to their tastes.
