I've worked in many different places, from busy venues with high volume nights to high standard cocktail bars, places where I've learnt to manage stress, looking for creative solutions to unexpected problems and coordinating teams often made up of co-workers with little experience. I've also had the opportunity to try some creative things, like crafting cocktails for competitions that actually sold well as off-menu drinks, or even organizing themed cocktail events, such as Tiki Nights in summer or Bloody Mary Brunchs, creating the menu, and coordinating with the kitchen team to elaborate pairings for each event.
