As a former professional handball player, during my career I acquired qualities of rigor , efficiency and stress management which in my opinion are more than essential assets for a Barman . Graduated from European Bartender School as a Bartender and also a Barista , I worked as a Bartender in Greece and on Reunion Island . Today I am in Australia with the desire to expand my experience in the Bar and restaurant industry .
