Greek Barman 21 y.o, outgoing, polite, suitable for working in a group and with a great desire to learn more and more. With experience in the sector and ebs certificate obtained in Greece.
My passion is to serve my guests a nice cocktail from my bar and to see them happy. The International bartender program at EBS gave me a good knowledge of all Spirits and the bar experience. I have 1 year experience in 5* hotel Ikos Aria as bartender 2022 and now I am working as head bartender in Ikos Aria second year 2023. I also have experience in coffee industry, I worked in many coffee shops in my city as Barista and Service. I attended SCA (Specialty Coffee Association) courses and my plans for the future are to increase my coffee knowledge as well. I am a strong person and want to lead my bar for the best work experience. I am friendly and kind to everyone. I am able to work under pressure and serve cocktails on time. My communication skills with guests are strong. I love the people and the cocktails, the jazz and the tiki culture too. (I am also a musician and play the saxophone. I graduated from music school.) Knowledge never stops and you learn new things day by day.
