HI, i'm Giada! I am sunny, energetic and curious. At work I like to be organized and precise, I like learning new things and then putting them into practice in the best way.
I have been working in the restaurant business for 8 years and have covered various positions, for example I was restaurant manager for 5 years in the same restaurant in Italy and then I worked seasonally in Ibiza, Spain. It was here that I discovered my passion for cocktails and the whole world behind it, I did the course with EBS and now I would like to continue in this direction. ---- He trabajado en restauración durante 8 años y he cubierto varias posiciones, por ejemplo fui manager de restaurante durante 5 años en el mismo restaurante en Italia y luego trabajé por temporadas en Ibiza, España. Fue aquí donde descubrí mi pasión por la coctelería y el mundo entero detrás de ella, hice el curso con EBS y ahora me gustaría seguir en esta dirección.
