Calm, friendly bartender from Zurich, who'd like to deepen his passion for cocktails and details on a new path.
After starting to work at a bar in Paris by chance, I've become passionate with this field. It's about sharing a moment with the guest while serving, but also sharing something we each like to enjoy - the right drink. Remaining calm in stressful situations while working exact is my top skill, but letting people feel comfortable in the space they've just entered is right next. Working at Franzos at the heart of Zurich has shown me the value of true connections to our regular customers, while inviting newcomers to 'join the club'. After three years, I'd like to expand my experience and be a full time bartender, create one-of-a-kind cocktails and tend to guests more individually.
