Passionate Bartender from Italy. I really enjoy learning and always look forward for new experiences.
I started working as a Bartender back in London at Carluccio's when I was 20. I had no experience back then, but thanks to my passion and will to learn I got hired despite being a newbie. Before approaching EBS, I also worked as a barista/waiter here in Italy in a small bar in Gorizia, my home city. Thanks to these two jobs, I menaged to develop a variety of useful skills, from communication with different kinds of costumers to room service.
