Young man, whom likes to experience food and cocktails (All liquids), in as many original ways as possible. Classic is good, but elevating it beyond what one knows works, is better. Not afraid to learn, humble, experimental. (Box limit :D)
Young man, with a passion for original creation, and acquiring knowlegde in as many fields as possible. I've talked a lot with wine sommelier, beer makers, kitchen staff/chefs and head chef, to learn how to match and hopefully elevate, with a cocktail and beer flavours for the menu. I am weakest in Coffee and Wine, but aim to take a WSET in wine soon.
