Warm, efficient bartender and barista from Switzerland with a passion for creating and trying new drinks.
I consistently come to work with a positive attitude, good work ethic and am a quick learner. These qualities garnered me a promotion within the first six months of working as a bartender. Along with being an effective leader and communicator, I also have experience will dealing with some of the more unpleasant aspects of customer service (ie. unsatisfied or intoxicated customers), closing up a bar at the end of the night and how to count tills. Throughout my life, I have lived in different countries all over the world. I thus learned how to interact with people form many different cultures and have garnered a great appreciation for the varying flavours found in food and drink globally. These experiences have been very useful to me as a bartender and barista, as I am comfortable interacting with customers form all walks of life, know about different drinking cultures and am familiar with predominant flavours enjoyed by people around the world. Combined with my training at the European Bartender school, this knowledge of flavour has also allowed me to create fun new drinks and consult customers on what they might enjoy.
