About me, Rúben... Dynamic and versatile bartender with a passion for crafting exceptional experiences in all type of environments. Known for a keen attention to detail, I worked both in high-energy bars and speakeasy cocktail bar.
Graduating from EBS Kos, I immediately embarked on my bartending career in the Algarve, Portugal, where I honed my skills in both cocktail preparation and mixology. Known for my diligence and passion, I am committed to delivering exceptional service and eager to advance within the industry. Recently, I completed a two-year adventure as Senior Bartender at the Reykjavik EDITION in Iceland, where I played a key role in designing menus for three bars and managing high-profile events.
