Friendly, bubbly and creative with flavours with both food and drinks. A real passion for flavoured and colourful cocktails and dishes.
I've been a private chef, specialising in vegan and gluten free food. A passion for flavours and mixology has often led me to creating new and interesting dishes and drinks. I have experience in menu planning and designing , as well as budgeting for the food cost whilst still managing to pack an immense amount of flavour in! I can achieve what ever I put my mind to as I do not like to give up and this has come through in the EBS international bartending course and also in the private chefing that I have done. From a young age I would always use mixology to create interesting and different but tasty drinks for friends and family. I have also travelled to a few different countries and had new was while there, whilst realising my passion for different languages, although I haven't managed to learn any fluently I would be willing to learn!
