I have a great desire to develop in the hotel and restaurant industry. I would like to contribute with my curiosity to learn, my passion for excellence, and my sense of initiative to achieve guest satisfaction and career success.
I would like to develop my bartender skills and put all my knowledge into practice. As you can see from my resume, my position was in one of the best aristocratic restaurants “PalkinЪ” in Saint-Petersburg, Russia. I joined the team as an intern, and in three months I got a promotion to the main waiter and barista, and a special grand from a manager – education in the wine school “Pro Sommelier”. The knowledge I gained at the sommelier school became to me a solid dive into the noble wines, various combinations, and great taste.
