I'm a curious and attentive bartender from France, I love discovering new people and environment in order to progress as a bartender.
My experiences at La ferme Des Cara-Meuh ! and at The Duck And Drake teached me how to manage a shop ( encasement, inventory management, replenishment and customer contact ). Following the International Bartender Course I want to put my knowledge into practice.
