Currently a Assistant manager to a successful premium gastro pub, I am calm under pressure, efficient and punctual. With eight years experience within hospitality. I enjoy experimenting with different flavour profiles
I started the industry as a pot washer and prep chef, who worked my way to a front of house position. I then progressed to shift leader with green-king pubs. After six months I wanted to progress further so, I ventured to Mitchell And Butler’s (M&B). In August 2020 I celebrated my 5 year anniversary with the company as an Assistant Manager, but still had a thirsty for more. In January 2021 I completely the EBS international bartender and mixology course in order to again more experience with freshly made cocktails, as well as to gain further knowledge of the science behind them. I have strong passion and enthusiasm for making cocktails and experimenting with different flavour profiles. I have professional relatable people skills and enjoy busy nights behind the bar or serving it tables, whilst still running a shift and being the only manager on duty, therefore honed my skills in multitasking.
