Hello, I'm Nikola.
Passionate mixologist from Serbia. I have been always integral part of Bar Department. I always live and share a possitive attitude, always greets workers and guests. Showing care and respect what ever I do. Never leave margin for error.
My work experience started back in 2001 when I went to study in a bigger city. There I worked in quite a few cocktail bars as a bartender and manager. During that period, I have created cocktails that can still be found in these same bars. As a manager, I worked on creating the image of the bar, creating always something new, procurement, quality control, recruitment, folowing procedures. In 2015 I started to build an international career, I got a job in an American cruise company and given the experience I bring with me I get the chance to work in one of the best bars, not only in the cruise line, in the world Alchemy bar, mixology bar. It was here that I gained the first “steps” of professional bartending. making various cocktails, holding classes about the bar world both for the guests and for the new hopes of the bar world. In 2019 I have recognized from company, getting reward "team member of the year". The "road" was bulky but finally I made it. It will always be passion than job!
