Energetic and resilient gap-year student looking for further bartending experience. I am very open minded and enjoy throwing myself into new experiences and opportunities.
During the summer I have been working at The Ship Inn in Elie, Scotland where I have been managing the outside terrace which overlooks the beach in a tourist hotspot as well as doing shifts behind the bar. Whilst working there I have vastly improved my ability to deal with customers and work under pressure as well as broaden my knowledge and understanding of wine, spirits and beer. Working throughout the Covid-19 pandemic has resulted in me understanding regulations that need to be followed to ensure the safety of staff and customers.
