Dear HR Department, Please find enclosed my CV in application for the barista position. I have 4 years of hospitality experience in restaurants, bars and private member club. I have recently completed the International bartender course at European Bartender School, barista and latte art course, Level 2 HACCP training, leverl 2 food hygene and safety training and achieved the world flair association yellow grade in flair bartending. This experience has provided me with thorough knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails (70+ recipes memorised) beer, wine, spirits and liqueurs. I mastered 7 different pouring techniques as well as 8 different cocktail making techniques. And in addition I improved my coffee making and customer service skills. I achieved and A with an average of 96,4% on EBS final exams which reflects accurate pouring, fast and accurate cocktail making skills (average of 1 minute per cocktail), basic flair bartending and excellent theory knowledge. Attentiveness, accuracy, punctuality, speed and calmness are the skills I now possess and naturally display at the bar.
