Hello, I'm Aidan.
Hi there! I'm a Canadian bartender and musician with a love of taking people on journeys through providing an excellent environment and even better drinks!
I first started creating cocktails for my family during the COVID-19 Lockdown, and since then I've been fascinated by a great drink's role in our experiences. Having moved around a lot as a kid and during these last couple of years, I'm no stranger to setting up in new places and making quick friends, the latter of which I hope comes especially handy behind the bar! On top of the intense attention to detail and craft required, I also recognize that bartending requires some performance skills. That said, I've got my background in Theatre and Music to put to that!
