For me making cocktails is all about assuring that the client has the best experience possible. It's more than drinking alcohol, is trying to transmit something. Every time I work I want to give 110% and be my best possible self. During my work at Paticceria Piccinelli, I had to write most of their cocktail menu, creating cocktails that could also work with some pastry. At the bartender course at the European Bartender School, my group won the cocktail competition bringing one of my recipes.
