I worked for 3 years in a potatoes factory in belgium. It allowed me to discover hard work, teamwork, speed, precision, time management and stress management. And thanks to the EBS trainings (mixology and bartender) which have taught me methodologies, recipes, tips and flair, I'm ready to be behind the bar and manage any situation.
