Hello, I'm Sam.

I am an experienced, friendly and hard-working bartender from London. I am passionate about cocktails, wines, spirits (particularly Scotch) and I am looking for more opportunities to share this passion with customers.



Bartender, September 2019-present: I worked as the bartender at The Pomeroy Inn, Amersham, England for four months from September 2019 – January 2020. This meant that I was responsible for the majority of the drinks service in the bar/restaurant, including over the busy Christmas period. I also advised the management on stock and displays and oversaw the upkeep of the bar. I moved to the Royal Saracens Head, Beaconsfield (the busiest bar locally and one of the company’s flagship sites) in January 2020 where I worked amongst a larger team until I moved to university in September. I intend to continue my work here during the holiday periods. This work was key in improving my customer service, teamwork and product knowledge skills. The latter in particular was cemented through the EBS course. I also enjoy music, tennis, going to the gym and travelling.
