Having worked in hospitality industry for quite a long time, I have developed essential skills to deliver memorable customer experience. My time at William Blue Dining not only gave me a deep insight on how a fine dining restaurant operates but also elevated my hospitality skills such as communication skill, customer service, multitasking, wine knowledge, etc. My bartending skill got transformed to another level when I joined European Bartender School, where I got trained on various bartending aspects such as spirit, liqueur, wine and beer knowledge, free pour skill, classic cocktails making, and even flair.
