Hello, I'm Colm.
My name is Colm. I come from Ireland. I am a friendly bartender with a massive interest in Wine, Beer and Spirits and especially whiskey. I have completed various courses on spirts such as WSET.
I have been working in hospitality since the age of 16 and I have worked in many different roles from Bartender to dishwasher. Since I first walked behind a bar I knew bartending was a career I wanted to pursue. I am very hard working and reliable. While working I like to maintain a positive attitude as I believe it is one of the most important things when working in hospitality. I am a very patient person especially when dealing with difficult situations during service. I would like to gain more experience in other bars and I would also like to broaden my knowledge of spirits.
