I'm a friendly and collaborative person from Italy and, after attending an EBS course, I've just discovered a great passion for bartending and mixology. I'm looking forward for new opportunities to learn more about this world.
I love working rationally and organised. I really don't like to waste anything. From my previous experiences in the world of the kitchen I learned to work under pressure normally, so I can handle stress and the hurry. While working I really care about drink and food cost.
