Passionate Bartender from Switzerland with big interest in the history of drinks and ingredients.
I have not yet worked in a restaurant or bar, however I did do a couple of trial shifts and know how it works. Before choosing to become a bartender, I worked in an office with an international company for 3 years and have absolved my mandatory military service with the Swiss Military in the infantry as a driver/bomb specialist.
